ABOUT
Gerd Hermanns Landscape Contractor Inc. has established itself as a strong player in the commercial landscape construction industry and is recognized as one of the preferred contractors in the GTA. Focusing on new subdivision development, commercial projects, park and recreation sites and blower truck services, we have built an impressive portfolio of completed projects over the past 10 years.
Our strong foundation which includes skilled employees, subcontractors and suppliers ensures that we are well positioned to take on any large scale landscape construction project. Our management team has been working together for over 20 years.
Landscape construction applications include site preparation, concrete and asphalt, electrical and irrigation installations, gazebos, playgrounds, sports fields, fencing, masonry, planting, sodding and seeding.
Our office and yard complex is located on 68 acres of Ontario’s prime farm land and includes 45 acres of nursery stock. A further 3 acres of yard space accommodate the office, materials and equipment storage.

GHLC offers the complete package to our existing clients and new customers. From site preparation to the final touches of sod installation and planting, our experienced employees provide the skills to complete a quality project. Success begins with behind the scenes organization and procurement, followed by on site supply of site servicing, grading, installation of concrete, asphalt, unit paving, architectural walls, playgrounds, sports fields, recreational pathways, storm water facilities, buffer and street tree planting, fencing and specialized applications such as TerraSeeding, Silva Cell, Filter Sock, and CU soil installation.
